If there is a backorder on a particular item you will be notified prior to shipping your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. If a price change occurs, we will inform you at the time the order is placed. If an email address was provided with your order, you will be sent a copy of your invoice and tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Credit Card Payments Transactions conducted through Paypal will read Paypal on your statement. All other transaction via our secure credit card gateway or over the phone will read Alpharetta Golf Clubs on your statement. Warranty All products are warranted for two years from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects. Products that are subject to abuse, improper assembly or modifications and normal wear will not be covered under this warranty. Dents located on the top or sole of the club head is not covered under this warranty. Damage upon Arrival Please inspect the package once it arrives, if there is noticeable damage to the package; please report it directly to the carrier. After notifying the carrier, please contact us via email within 48 hours. We will then begin an investigation and make preparations for you to receive another shipment. Shipping Methods All packages are shipped using UPS Ground. Air services are available for additional charges. Pro Fit Golf calculates shipping and handling charges automatically by the weight and location. For international orders, we only charge the shipping charges from our warehouse to your termination country. Because we are not familiar with every country’s Customs Laws, you may be charged customs fees, import fees and taxes. Please contact you local Customs Department for more information. Return Policy Golf component heads, shafts, and grips can be returned within 30 days but must be unused and undamaged. Returns on golf component heads, shafts, and grips are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us at the number above to request a Return Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without a RA number.
